3 Key Mantras of happiness in life - Trust, Gratitude and Love

Recently I have come to realize that 3 things are really important for our peaceful and happy living:
 
1. Trust - Everyone and every thing (Like 'all is well' and everything happens for a reason and that too for good)


2. Attitude of Gratitude - If we have this with everyone and for everything that happens to us, the anxiety, worries, jealousies etc. will not come near us. 


3. Love unconditionally 
- Start with self, immediate family, larger family, nation, world, humanity, living beings - and the word 'unconditionally' is equally important as much as the word 'love' is.

If one follows these simple principles - one would be happy, healthy, worry free, peaceful and due to results of earlier conditions - prosperous too.....IMHO
