The Autumn of 2012 - A Blog of Pictures

These are some of the pictures I have taken during October of 2012, as the Autumn arrived this year a bit early and had real pretty colors.

3 Key Mantras of happiness in life - Trust, Gratitude and Love

Recently I have come to realize that 3 things are really important for our peaceful and happy living:
 
1. Trust - Everyone and every thing (Like 'all is well' and everything happens for a reason and that too for good)


2. Attitude of Gratitude - If we have this with everyone and for everything that happens to us, the anxiety, worries, jealousies etc. will not come near us. 


3. Love unconditionally 

- Start with self, immediate family, larger family, nation, world, humanity, living beings - and the word 'unconditionally' is equally important as much as the word 'love' is.

If one follows these simple principles - one would be happy, healthy, worry free, peaceful and due to results of earlier conditions - prosperous too.....IMHO

जीवन का नया अध्याय

आजकल  कुछ ऐसा प्रतीत होता है कि जीवन के एक नए अध्याय में पहुँच गया हूँ,. एक कारण यह कि आजकल मैं दूसरों को सुधारने कि बजाय स्वयं सुधरने पर ध्यान दे रहा हूँ. अब लोगों और परिस्तिथियों को स्वीकारना  लगभग सीख ही लिया है. और 'सब ठीक है' के मन्त्र का भी प्रतिदिन मनन जारी है. 

फोटोग्राफी भी आजकल अपने iPhone को उपयोग कर बहुत तादात में हो रही है. उसके साथ साथ Facebook पर सबके साथ बांटना भी शुरू है. अपनी इन आदतों से स्वयं कुछ प्रसन्न भी हूँ.

जीवन ऐसे ही प्रतिदिन अपने सुधार की ओर अग्रसर रहे, और अपने अगले पड़ाव अध्यात्म में जा बसे, इसी कामना के साथ, आज बस. 

कौन हूँ मैं?

मैं कौन हूँ? या क्या हूँ? यह प्रश्न अनादि काल से मनुष्य को सताता रहा है, आज मुझे भी. हालांकि इस बारे में काफी पढ़ा है, विचारा है, चर्चाएँ की हैं, किन्तु न जाने फिर भी आजकल इस विषय पर बहुत उलझ रहा हूँ. क्या यह मेरी प्रोढ़ता है अथवा मूढ़ता, पता नहीं.

शायद अपनी जननी की व्याधि व उम्रजन्य व्यथाओं को स्वयं सहन कर सकने की असमर्थता हो, या महात्मा बुद्ध की तरह वृध्दावस्था और व्याधिग्रस्त पीडाओं को देख जीवन की यथार्थता का भान हो रहा हो.

क्या जीवन के कोई मायने नहीं? क्या जीव की कोई वस्तुता नहीं? क्या सही में हम अनादि अनंत से भटकते हुए एक चैतन्य हैं, जिसके कोई रूप, रस, गंध नहीं? क्या वस्तुतः 'हम' निराकार, निर्ग्रन्थ, निर्गुण, अरूपी, आत्मिक सत्य हैं, जिसका इस सांसारिकता से कोई भी वास्ता नहीं?

यह सभी प्रश्न अंतर्मन को झकझोर रहें हैं. मुझे अपने आप में लीन होने के लिए प्रेरित कर रहें हैं. संसार से विराग की ओर ले जा रहें हैं. किसे चुनूं? कैसे चुनूं? क्या निश्चय का मार्ग व्यवहार पर हावी हो जाए? क्या सांसारिक उत्तरदायित्व पूरे हो चुके? अनेकानेक प्रश्न हैं, जटिल हैं. पर राह तो अति सरल और सहज प्रतीत होती है, उसका चुनाव करना बड़ा ही कठिन.

मन और इन्द्रियों को वश में कर आत्म साधना के द्वारा ही इस चुनाव को पूरा किया जा सके. आत्म साधना में लगने के मार्ग में प्रसश्त होना चाहिए...
